Apple Watch Series 12 & Ultra 4 by Apple

Apple is expected to unveil its next Apple Watch lineup at its Fall Event in September 2026, including the Apple Watch Series 12 (Wi-Fi and Cellular models) and the Apple Watch Ultra 4. According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, who has a strong track record on Apple reporting, both models are in late-stage testing and are not expected to receive a major design overhaul. Instead, the focus is reportedly on internal upgrades — most notably a new T8320 chip, which would mark the first real performance jump for the Apple Watch since the S9 chip debuted in 2023. This chip is said to be built to support a rebuilt Siri AI experience on watchOS 27. Health and fitness tracking improvements are also expected, though it's unclear whether these involve new sensors or software updates. Rumors of Touch ID and a new sensor-embedded band remain unconfirmed and are considered unlikely by Gurman. Official specifications and pricing will be confirmed at Apple's September event.
